Terms of service
REFUND CONDITIONS
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- The order is lost during transit and cannot be located after investigation.
- A valid return request is approved within the return period.
Refunds will not be granted when:
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period.
- The item shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.
- The product was personalized or custom-made.
Lost Parcels
In the event of a lost shipment, SARÉ Jewelry and the customer will work together to investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
If the parcel cannot be located and is officially considered lost, an appropriate refund or replacement will be offered.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
