SARÉ Jewelry covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Eligible damaged items may be refunded, replaced, or exchanged at no additional cost.
